Sharks (10) vs Liverpool (20)
Manchester’s LGBTQ+ Water Polo Club
Robbie - Robbie had a cracking game and has really adopted the vibes and objectives of the club, hopefully this is the start to many more games with the club.
Abel - Great to see you back in the water after living like the wolf of wall street down south.
It was a rocky start in the first quarter of the match against Liverpool, trailing 7-1 by the end of the period.
But in the second quarter, we adapted and matched the style of the game that Liverpool were playing. It was a tough quarter, but we scored four goals to close the gap to 7-5 at halftime.
The third quarter was our best, with us closely matching Liverpool's five goals with four of our own. The fourth quarter saw a lot of questionable water polo, and was a bit more chaotic, with both teams scoring only a single goal. But in the end, Liverpool came out on top with a 20-10 victory.
Despite the loss, there were many positives to take away from the match. In the second half, you showed that you can compete with even the best teams in the league, with the score being 6-5. We just need to get into the game quicker and avoid giving up so many easy goals in the first half which ended as 14-5.

It was great to have abel back in the water. It was a shaky start but we eventually found our rythm.
Second part of 3rd and the 4th quarter were a big improvement. We needed to start the drop sooner Noah did some great defense again and some good shots/goals.
